1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 2048 mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

2048 is a single-player puzzle game where you slide numbered tiles on a grid to combine them and create a tile with the number 2048. The App includes:

Multiple grid sizes (3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6)
Classic and Zen game modes
Achievement system
Statistics tracking
Customizable themes

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on devices you own or control
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Use automated methods to interact with the App
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights:

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and features, is our intellectual property
The 2048 game concept is based on the original game by Gabriele Cirulli (MIT License)
All unique implementations, themes, and features in this App are proprietary

Your Rights:

You retain ownership of your device
Game progress and statistics remain on your device

6. User Content

The App does not collect or store user-generated content. All game data is stored locally on your device.

7. Updates and Changes

We may:

Update the App to add features or fix bugs
Modify these Terms at any time
Discontinue the App or any features

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
The App will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

You must stop using the App
You must delete all copies of the App

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation
If negotiation fails, binding arbitration

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
