1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GWR - Gemini Watermark Remover ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GWR is a mobile application that removes watermarks from images generated by Google Gemini AI. The App uses on-device processing to perform watermark removal.

3. Credits System

3.1 Credit Usage

Each watermark removal operation consumes one (1) credit
Credits are non-transferable between accounts or devices
Credits do not expire

3.2 Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Prices are displayed in your local currency

3.3 Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store
We do not have the ability to process refunds directly

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Not use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GWR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of images you process through the App. We do not claim any rights to your images.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results from the App will be accurate or reliable
Any defects will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GWR and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

1. Sartlarin Kabulu

GWR - Gemini Watermark Remover ("Uygulama") uygulamasini indirerek, yukleyerek veya kullanarak bu Hizmet Sartlarini ("Sartlar") kabul etmis olursunuz. Bu Sartlari kabul etmiyorsaniz Uygulamayi kullanmayin.

2. Hizmet Aciklamasi

GWR, Google Gemini AI tarafindan olusturulan gorsellerden filgranlari kaldiran bir mobil uygulamadir. Uygulama, filigran kaldirma islemini cihaz uzerinde gerceklestirir.

3. Kredi Sistemi

3.1 Kredi Kullanimi

Her filigran kaldirma islemi bir (1) kredi tuketir
Krediler hesaplar veya cihazlar arasinda transfer edilemez
Kredilerin son kullanma tarihi yoktur

3.2 Kredi Satin Alma

Krediler uygulama ici satin alma yoluyla satin alinabilir
Tum satin almalar Apple App Store uzerinden islenir
Fiyatlar yerel para biriminizde gosterilir

3.3 Iadeler

Tum kredi satin almalari kesindir ve iade edilemez
Iade talepleri App Store uzerinden Apple'a yoneltilmelidir
Dogrudan iade isleme kapasitemiz bulunmamaktadir

4. Kullanici Sorumluluklari

Sunlari kabul edersiniz:

Uygulamayi yalnizca yasal amaclarla kullanmak
Uygulamayi fikri mulkiyet haklarini ihlal etmek icin kullanmamak
Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik, derleme cozme veya parcalara ayirma yapmamak
Uygulamayi izinsiz ticari amaclarla kullanmamak

5. Fikri Mulkiyet

5.1 Uygulama Mulkiyeti

Uygulama ve orijinal icerigi, ozellikleri ve islevselligi GWR'ye aittir ve uluslararasi telif hakki, ticari marka ve diger fikri mulkiyet yasalariyla korunmaktadir.

5.2 Kullanici Icerigi

Uygulama araciligiyla islediginiz gorsellerin mulkiyeti size aittir. Gorselleriniz uzerinde herhangi bir hak talep etmiyoruz.

6. Garanti Reddi

UYGULAMA "OLDUGU GIBI" VE "MEVCUT OLDUGU SEKILDE" HERHANGI BIR GARANTI OLMAKSIZIN SUNULMAKTADIR.

7. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

YASALARIN IZIN VERDIGI AZAMI OLCUDE, UYGULAMAYI KULLANIMINIZDAN KAYNAKLANAN HICBIR DOLAYLI, ARIZI, OZEL, SONUCSAL VEYA CEZAI ZARARDAN SORUMLU OLMAYACAGIZ.

8. Tazminat

GWR'yi ve bagli kuruluslarini, Uygulamayi kullaniminizdan veya bu Sartlari ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan tum talep, zarar veya masraflardan muaf tutmayi kabul edersiniz.

9. Sartlarda Degisiklikler

Bu Sartlari herhangi bir zamanda degistirme hakkimizi sakli tutariz. Degisikliklerden sonra Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Sartlari kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.

10. Fesih

Bu Sartlarin herhangi bir ihlali durumunda, onceden haber vermeksizin Uygulamaya eririminizi derhal sonlandirabilor veya askiya alabiliriz.

11. Yururlukteki Hukuk

Bu Sartlar, uygulama gelistiricisinin bulundugu yargi bolgesinin yasalarina tabi olacaktir.
