PocketFocus - Terms of Service

By using the PocketFocus application ("App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

PocketFocus is a digital detox app designed to help users reduce phone usage and improve focus. The app uses your device's sensors to track your phone's position during focus sessions.

2. Terms of Use

You may use the app only for personal and non-commercial purposes
You may not use the app in any way that violates the law
You must avoid actions that could compromise the app's security
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Version

Limited daily focus sessions
Basic statistics

3.2 Premium Subscription

Unlimited focus sessions
Detailed statistics and graphs
Custom themes
Ad-free experience

3.3 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Subscription management is done through App Store account settings

4. Intellectual Property

The app and its content (design, code, graphics, text) are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is"
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from app usage
We are not responsible for missed calls or notifications during focus sessions

6. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Changes will be announced within the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

PocketFocus uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

PocketFocus, kullanıcıların telefon kullanımını azaltmalarına ve odaklanmalarına yardımcı olan bir dijital detox uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, cihazınızın sensörlerini kullanarak telefonunuzun pozisyonunu takip eder.

2. Kullanım Şartları

Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz
Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı şekilde kullanamazsınız
Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak eylemlerden kaçınmalısınız
13 yaşından küçükseniz bu uygulamayı kullanamazsınız

3. Abonelik ve Ödemeler

3.1 Ücretsiz Sürüm

Günlük sınırlı odaklanma oturumu

3.2 Premium Abonelik

Sınırsız odaklanma oturumu
Detaylı istatistikler ve grafikler

Reklamsız deneyim

3.3 Ödeme Koşulları

Abonelikler Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir
Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir
İptal işlemi, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce yapılmalıdır
Abonelik yönetimi App Store hesap ayarlarından yapılır

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve içeriği (tasarım, kod, grafikler, metinler) telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kopyalama, dağıtma veya değiştirme yasaktır.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır
Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garantisi verilmez
Uygulama kullanımından kaynaklanan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz
Odaklanma oturumları sırasında önemli aramaları veya bildirimleri kaçırmanızdan sorumlu değiliz

6. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları önceden bildirmeksizin değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulacaktır.

7. Fesih

Koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız.

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
