By downloading or using WeNaughty ("App") you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this App.
1. ADULTS ONLY
The App contains mature content and is intended strictly for consenting adults aged 18 and over.
2. CONSENT, RESPECT AND BOUNDARIES
Every card is a suggestion, never an obligation. Both partners must agree to every activity, and either partner may skip any truth or dare at any time. Do not do anything unsafe, illegal, or in public where it could involve other people.
3. WENAUGHTY VIP SUBSCRIPTION
- WeNaughty VIP unlocks all levels and game modes. Weekly, monthly and annual plans may be offered; the price and period are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
