1. INTRODUCTION
WeNaughty ("App", "we", "us", or "our") is a truth-or-dare and party game for consenting adult couples. We built it so your intimate moments stay yours. This Privacy Policy explains the small amount of data the App processes.
2. DATA THAT NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE
- Partner names you enter
- The truths, dares, dice rolls, roulette results and cards you play
- Your onboarding answers and in-app settings
The App has no chat, and does not access your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location. Gameplay content is never uploaded to a server.
3. ANONYMOUS ANALYTICS (GOOGLE FIREBASE)
When you open the App, Google Firebase assigns a random anonymous identifier. It is not linked to your name, email address or phone number. We use:
- Firebase Analytics to understand aggregated usage (for example screens opened, games finished, app version, device model, country)
- Firebase Remote Config to adjust app settings and run product experiments
- Firebase Authentication (anonymous) to create that random identifier

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS (APPLE & REVENUECAT)
Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your card details. RevenueCat receives your anonymous identifier and your App Store purchase information so it can confirm that your WeNaughty VIP subscription is active. See RevenueCat Privacy.
5. WHAT WE DON'T DO
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites
- No selling or sharing of data with data brokers
6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Deleting the App removes all on-device data. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months. You can request deletion of the analytics and subscription records linked to your anonymous identifier by emailing us.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR or Turkish KVKK), including access, deletion and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. AGE RESTRICTION
WeNaughty contains mature content and is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically and will update the "Last Updated" date above.
