TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, and using Dozla, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this App.
Dozla reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
2. LICENSE AND USE
2.1 License Grant
Dozla grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. FEES AND CHANGES TO SERVICE
Dozla is free to download and use. The free tier is supported by advertising, planned for an early post-launch update. We offer an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Dozla Plus," described below. We reserve the right to:
- Introduce or modify advertising (formats, frequency, or placement) at any time
- Modify subscription pricing, features, or availability for future billing periods
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
We will provide reasonable notice of any material pricing changes. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
3.1 Dozla Plus Subscription
- Dozla Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited history, PDF doctor reports, body-tracking/photo journal, advanced progress charts, the full recipe and meal-planning library, and data export
- Where offered, introductory pricing (such as a discounted first billing period) applies only to new subscribers and is described at the point of purchase
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and payment policies
- Purchase and receipt validation is managed through RevenueCat, our third-party subscription provider
- Purchases are final; refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies, as we do not have the ability to directly issue refunds
3.2 Advertising
- Advertising is not active in the initial release of Dozla and will be introduced in an early post-launch update to support free access to the App
- Once active, if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier; if you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads
- Dozla Plus subscribers do not see ads
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed within the App
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Account and Data
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your device and App usage
- You must provide accurate information during onboarding for the App's calculations (dose, weight, reminders) to be meaningful
- You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access you become aware of
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Dozla to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- Disrupt App functionality
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Dozla, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Dozla, its licensors, or content providers
- You may not use any Dozla intellectual property without express written permission
- Third-party medication names referenced in the App (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, and similar) are trademarks of their respective owners; Dozla is not affiliated with or endorsed by any pharmaceutical manufacturer
- All copyrights are reserved
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Dozla DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties of title or non-infringement
- Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
- Warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Warranties that issues will be corrected
Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties; in such cases, the above disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Dozla shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damages resulting from loss of access to or use of the App
- Damages resulting from reliance on or inability to use App features
- Damages for viruses, malware, or unauthorized access
- Any other damages arising from or related to the App
This limitation applies even if Dozla has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Dozla is designed as a personal GLP-1 dose, weight, and side-effect tracking tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8.1 Not Medical Advice
- The App provides informational and organizational tools only
- The App does NOT provide medical diagnosis, dosing recommendations, or treatment plans
- Nothing in the App should be construed as medical advice
- Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting, changing, or stopping any medication or dose
8.2 Emergency Situations
If you experience a medical emergency, IMMEDIATELY contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital. Do NOT rely on the App in an emergency. See our full Medical Disclaimer for a detailed list of warning signs.
8.3 User Responsibility
- You are responsible for seeking professional medical care
- You assume all responsibility for health and medication decisions
- You should discuss App usage with your healthcare provider
- You understand the App is for personal tracking and informational purposes only
9. LIMITATION ON ACTIONS
Any claim arising from or related to the App must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is forever barred.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dozla and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of laws
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Your reliance on App content
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
11.1 Apple Health, CloudKit, RevenueCat, and Advertising
The App may use Apple HealthKit for optional weight/step syncing, Apple CloudKit for optional data synchronization, RevenueCat for managing subscriptions, and (from an early post-launch update) a third-party ad network for advertising. Apple's, RevenueCat's, and the applicable ad network's respective terms and privacy policies apply to your use of these services.
11.2 External Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Turkish SGK/e-Nabız guidance). Dozla is not responsible for third-party content, and your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
12. TERMINATION
Dozla may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will do so.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dozla regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
