4. SEEK EMERGENCY CARE IMMEDIATELY FOR:
If you experience ANY of the following, call emergency services (911 or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do NOT use this App to decide whether to seek emergency care.
- Vaginal bleeding (especially heavy bleeding)
- Severe abdominal pain or cramping
- Sudden gushing of fluid (suspected ruptured membranes)
- Chest pain or difficulty breathing
- Severe headache or vision changes
- High fever (>100.4°F / >38°C)
- Loss of consciousness or fainting
- Severe dizziness or confusion
- Inability to keep food or fluids down
- Suspected preeclampsia symptoms (severe swelling, severe headache, vision changes, upper belly pain)
