• Profile Information: Baby name, due date, baby gender, your experience level
• Health Data:
  • Kick session tracking (frequency, duration, patterns)
  • Contraction tracking (frequency, duration, intensity patterns)
  • Weight entries and measurements
  • Last menstrual period (if provided for due date calculation)
• Hospital Bag Checklist: Items checked and preparation status
• Breathing Exercise Sessions: Session count and completion records

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• App Usage Data: Features accessed, session duration, navigation patterns
• Device Information: iOS version, device model, app version
• Engagement Metrics: Notification interactions, feature usage frequency
• Timestamps: When tracking events occur, when the app is opened

• Location Data: We do NOT collect your GPS location
• Health App Integration: We do NOT access Apple Health data
• Contacts/Photos: We do NOT access your contacts or photo library
• Biometric Data: We do NOT collect fingerprints or facial recognition data

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• Primary Purpose: Provide personalized pregnancy tracking and labor preparation features
• App Functionality: Calculate due dates, track health patterns, send relevant notifications
• Engagement: Send notifications to encourage continued use and health tracking

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

4.1 Local Storage

• All your personal health data is stored locally on your device using encrypted SwiftData
• Data is NOT automatically sent to our servers
• When you uninstall the app, all local data is deleted from your device

4.2 Cloud Synchronization (Optional)

• Users may optionally enable iCloud synchronization through Apple CloudKit
• Data synced to CloudKit is encrypted by Apple
• This feature is entirely optional and user-controlled
• You can disable CloudKit sync at any time in app settings

4.3 Security Measures

• App data is encrypted at rest using iOS system encryption
• All communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• We implement industry-standard security practices
• Access to any stored data is restricted to the app itself

5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal health data with third parties
• No Advertising Networks: We do NOT share data with advertising platforms or analytics services that track you personally
• Apple CloudKit Only: If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored with Apple (iCloud) according to Apple's privacy terms
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government request

6. YOUR DATA RIGHTS

6.1 Access and Deletion

• You can access all your personal data through the app settings
• You can delete specific entries (kicks, contractions, weight) at any time
• You can reset your entire profile and start fresh
• Upon app uninstallation, all local data is permanently deleted from your device

6.2 Data Portability

• You can export your pregnancy tracking data as a PDF report
• The PDF is generated locally on your device (not sent to servers)
• You control when and with whom you share this PDF

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This app is designed for pregnant women and is not intended for individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. RETENTION POLICY

• Local Data: Stored indefinitely until you manually delete it or uninstall the app
• CloudKit Data: Synced as long as you maintain iCloud synchronization enabled
• Log Data: Device logs are retained for troubleshooting purposes and automatically cleared by iOS

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Displaying a prominent notice in the app
• Requiring your consent before applying material changes

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
