LED Banner Pro: Text ("App", "we", "us", or "our") is an LED text marquee, strobe light, and SOS flashlight application. This Privacy Policy explains our data collection, use, and disclosure practices.
By using LED Banner Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the App.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Banner Content: The text, color, font, and display settings you configure for your LED marquee. This content stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
- App Preferences: Settings such as haptic feedback preference, saved locally on your device.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
- App Usage Data: Features accessed and general engagement patterns, used only to improve the App.
- Device Information: iOS version, device model, app version.
2.3 Camera / Torch Access
- The App requests access to your device's camera hardware only to control the rear flash (torch) for the strobe light and SOS Morse code features.
- We do NOT capture, record, or store any camera image or video. No visual data ever leaves your device.
- You can revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings, which disables the strobe/SOS torch features while leaving the rest of the App fully usable.
2.4 Data NOT Collected
- Precise Location: We do NOT collect your GPS location.
- Contacts: We do NOT access your contacts.
- Photos: The App does not access your photo library.
- Camera Images: We do NOT capture or store any photo or video, as described in 2.3.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- Primary Purpose: Provide the LED marquee display, strobe light, and SOS signaling features.
- App Functionality: Remember your display preferences between sessions.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
- Your banner text and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- When you uninstall the App, all local data is deleted from your device.
- All network communications (such as App Store purchase verification) use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES
- No Sale of Data: We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
- Purchase Processing: If you purchase LED Banner Pro's optional subscription or lifetime unlock, your purchase and receipt validation data is processed by Apple's App Store via StoreKit. See Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government request.
6. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
- You can change or delete your banner text and preferences at any time within the App.
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data.
- Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have additional rights regarding personal data; contact us using the details below if you believe this applies to you.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
LED Banner Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. RETENTION POLICY
Local data is stored on your device until you manually clear it or uninstall the App. We do not retain any data on our own servers, since none is transmitted to us.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
